Electric, hybrid and clean vehicles

Hybrid, clean and electric vehicles (including cars, public transport, utility vehicles, scooters and bicycles) have an important role to play in reducing energy consumption, CO2 emissions, engine noise, and pollutant emissions. To facilitate the development, supply and market uptake of clean and energy efficient vehicles new forms of financing contracts are being introduced.
